Legal Forms
All trip participants and parents must co-sign a Code of Conduct and a Liability Release form. Please sign these forms using this link.

Deadlines
The deadline to pay the deposit, enroll in the tour, and sign the legal forms is December 1st, 2015.
The deadline to pay the final balance is January 1st, 2016.
Payment
The cost of this trip is $3550. To pay the deposit or balance by credit card, please use the following drop down menu.
Installment Plan
This trip may also be paid via an installment plan of 10 payments of $355. The deadline to enroll in the installment plan was June 1st, 2015. For families who opt for the installment plan, the final payment deadline will be extended to March 1st, 2015.
Cancellations and Refunds
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
In a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
