FLIGHT INFORMATION
Until it is confirmed that the trip will run, we advise against booking flights. We will post here as soon as the trip is confirmed.

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
PAYMENT
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is USD $2750 / student.
A deposit of USD $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, November 15th, 2016. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of USD $2250 is due by December 15th, 2016.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
INFORMATIONAL WEBINAR
An information webinar on this tour will be scheduled. At this webinar, families can meet the Institute's staff and ask questions about the tour. A link to join the webinar will be posted here shortly.
