FLIGHT INFORMATION

A group reservation on the following flights has been reserved. To learn more about group reservations, please consult our guide here.

Departing:

  • Thursday, 06/19/2025, American Airlines (AA) 334, New York (JFK) 17:30 → Friday, 06/20/2025, Athens (ATH) 10:00

Returning:

  • Friday, 06/27/2025, American Airlines (AA) 333, Athens (ATH) 15:55 → New York (JFK) 19:40

Please note that the airline may make schedule changes before departure; exact times and flight numbers may vary. We will update the listing here with any major schedule changes.

Some airlines allow for some changes to be made by travelers to their part of a group reservation. To learn more, consult our guide to group reservations linked above. To request changes to the flights, fill out the form here by the tour enrollment and deposit deadline, December 16th, 2024. Changes to the flights cannot be guaranteed, there is a service fee of $100 to make a change, and there may be additional charges for difference in fare.

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS

ENROLLMENT

In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. The form is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 16th, 2024. Please note that there are separate enrollment forms for students and for adults joining the tour as paying participants.

LEGAL FORMS

All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, Health Insurance Information, and Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. You will sign these forms as part of the enrollment process via the button at the bottom of the page.

PAYMENT

Once the legal forms are completed, you will be directed to a payment page. Payment may be submitted via bank (ACH) transfer or credit card (with 3% convenience fee).

The cost of this tour will be determined as follows:

  • If at least 12 participants sign up, the cost of this tour is $5,150 / student.
  • If at least 18 participants sign up, the cost of this tour is $4,800 / student.
  • If at least 24 participants sign up, the cost of this tour is $4,650 / student.

A deposit of $500 is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 16th, 2024.

The balance is due by March 14th, 2025. The balance will be determined after the enrollment and deposit deadline, based on the number of participants who enroll, according to the costs listed above. Participants will be informed of the balance via email, and the amount will be posted at this site.

For any parents or adults over 18 joining the tour as paying participants, there is an additional cost of $120. Additionally, adults may opt for a single room, in which case there is a further additional cost of $400. Parents may also room with their student or with another adult. You will be asked your preference on the adult enrollment form.

FURTHER INFORMATION 

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING

The cancellation policy for this tour is as follows:

  • For cancellations made before the deposit deadline, December 16th, 2024, all funds are refundable.
  • For cancellations made from the deposit deadline, December 16th, 2024, to the balance deadline, March 14th, 2025, all but the deposit is refundable.
  • For cancellations made from the balance deadline, March 14th, 2025, to 61 days prior to departure, April 19th, 2025, 50% of the total cost is refundable.
  • For cancellations made 60 days prior to departure, April 20th, 2025, to 31 days prior to departure, May 19th, 2025, 25% of the total cost is refundable.
  • There are no refunds for cancellations made after May 20th, 2025.

Traveler substitutions after the deposit deadline, if possible, are subject to a change fee.

There are no refunds in the event that a traveler is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation, such as lack of passport, including lack of passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip, and lack of visa, or due to last minute health issues. For these issues, Paideia recommends travel insurance.

If travel becomes impossible after the deposit deadline, Paideia will offer to revise the itinerary on the current dates or reschedule the tour for new dates. Additional fees may apply.
