ACCOMODATIONS
All participants will be housed in a comfortable hotel in the city center. Participants may share a double room or have a single room at no extra charge. A typical Golden Age Tour hotel is the Casa per Ferie dei Cappucini (http://www.icappucciniroma.it/4/).

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
PAYMENT
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is $3950 / participant.
A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, June 1st, 2016. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of $3450 is due by August 1st, 2016.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants must sign Liability Release and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
