A Latin Scavenger Hunt at the Bronx Zoo

High school and college Latin students are invited to experience Latin as a living language at the Paideia Institute's Iter Zoologicum at the Bronx Zoo. Participants will compete in small teams to complete a Latin scavenger hunt by interacting with Paideia's Latin-speaking staff members stationed throughout the zoo. Winners will receive prizes!
Students at all Latin levels are welcome! Latin teachers and professors are encouraged to attend and participate with their students.

The event will take place at the Bronx Zoo at 2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460.
Participants should plan to arrive at 11 am to register and collect admissions tickets. The scavenger hunt begins at 11:30 am.
Registration
Participants must register and pay by Thursday, May 11. The cost of the event is $30/person and includes admissions to the zoo. Lunch is not included; participants are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch if they would like to eat at the zoo after the scavenger hunt is complete.
Limited scholarships are available for students with financial need.
