The Paideia Institute's Rome Fellowship allows Paideia alumni to continue their studies of the classical humanities for a year in Rome upon graduation. Fellows receive round-trip airfare to Rome, training in Italian, and a stipend. While in Rome, fellows teach in Paideia's high school programs, help the Institute develop courses and projects, and produce content for Paideia's online publications. Fellows are selected on the basis of academic merit, interpersonal skills, and potential as a future teacher of Classics.

Prerequisites and Application Information
The Paideia Rome Fellowship Program is open only to alumni of Paideia programs who are recent graduates from a university, age 25 years or younger. One of the primary responsibilities of the Rome fellows is planning and executing tours for Paideia's Classical Tours program. Alumni interested in becoming a Paideia fellow should read the Fellowship Application Procedure sheet for information about how to apply.
