Enrollment, Payment, and Submitting Forms
Enrollment
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. The form is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, September 23, 2025.
Whether you're a student enrolling yourself, a parent enrolling your child, or a paying adult joining the tour, the Enroll button will guide you to the right form.
Legal Forms
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy forms by the enrollment deadline. You will sign these forms as part of the enrollment process.
Payment
Once the legal forms are completed, you will be directed to a payment page. Payment may be submitted via bank (ACH) transfer or credit card (with 3% convenience fee).

* Adults joining the tour pay the per-student tour cost plus a site-visit fee of $15.00/day, with an optional single-room fee of $50.00/day.
Further Information
Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
The cancellation policy for this tour is as follows:
- For cancellations made before the deposit deadline, September 23, 2025, all funds are refundable.
- For cancellations made from the deposit deadline, September 23, 2025, to the balance deadline, October 21, 2025, all but the deposit is refundable.
- For cancellations made from the balance deadline, October 21, 2025, to two months prior to departure, December 15, 2025, 50% of the total cost is refundable.
- For cancellations made two months prior to departure, December 15, 2025, to one month prior to departure, January 14, 2026, 25% of the total cost is refundable.
- There are no refunds for cancellations made after one month prior to departure, January 14, 2026.
Traveler substitutions after the deposit deadline, if possible, are subject to a change fee.
There are no refunds in the event that a traveler is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation, such as lack of passport, including lack of passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip, and lack of visa, or due to last minute health issues. For these issues, Paideia recommends travel insurance.
If travel becomes impossible after the deposit deadline, Paideia will offer to revise the itinerary on the current dates or reschedule the tour for new dates. Additional fees may apply.

A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase insurance, please visit Travel Guard. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased within 15 days of your initial trip payment.
