The Paideia Institute offers a number of scholarship opportunities, from year-long opportunities studying in Europe to scholarships that enable students to attend our summer programs who might not be able to otherwise.

Paideia Institute Scholarships

Reginald Foster Scholarship Fund

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Paideia Institute is able to offer numerous scholarships to its programs from the Reginald Foster Scholarship Fund

Institutional Member Scholarship

Separate scholarship funds are reserved for students and teachers at Paideia’s member high schools and universities.  If your school is not yet an institutional member of the Paideia Institute, consider asking your administration or department head to join our institutional membership program.

Classical Tours Incentive Program

The Paideia Institute is committed to supporting the continuing education and enrichment of Latin and Greek teachers who take their students to Italy and Greece with Paideia Classical Tours.  Through the Classical Tours incentive program, teachers can earn full scholarships for themselves or their students to participate in Padieia's independent summer programs and in a number of programs and conferences offered by our partner organizations.

For more information, visit our Classical Tours Incentive Program webpage.

The Amy High Scholarship

Given in honor of Amy High, a Latin teacher and former student of Reginald Foster, this award provides a full scholarship to the five-week Living Latin in Rome program. Preference is given for participants pursuing a career as a high school Latin teacher. Learn more about the scholarship here.
