Description

The Paideia Institute and the Columbia University Department of Classics are pleased to host Justin Slocum Bailey, who will offer a pedagogy workshop for Latin teachers. Justin will present research-informed second-language acquisition teaching strategies and active Latin pedagogy. The workshop will include small break-out sessions for hands-on practice. Latin teachers of all grade levels are welcome.

Justin Slocum Bailey is a language teacher and teacher-mentor and the founder of Indwelling Language. He has consulted with numerous schools and organizations to provide training and mentorship to language teachers and learners. 

Registration and Cost

The cost of the workshop is $50 / person and includes lunch.  Please register using this online form
