ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
PAYMENT
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is $4250 / student.
A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, February 15th, 2016. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of $3750 is due by March, 15th, 2016.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance form by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. To purchase this insurance, please visit this link. There is also an option to add "cancel for any reason" coverage. For coverage information, download a PDF overview here.
Please be aware that this is a Travel Guard product. Travel Guard has its own deadlines and policies. Please contact Travel Guard with any questions.
