The Paideia Institute is accepting applications for a full-time Marketing Manager position, to begin in June 2022. The right person for this role has experience utilizing analytics and consumer insights research to inform strategy driving engagement and conversion, and as such, should be able to demonstrate competency with all of the tools of the trade in digital marketing. This includes, but is not limited to: social media strategy, Facebook and Google ads, search engine optimization, and Google Analytics. Ideal candidates will have — in addition to a marketing background — a familiarity with the Classical world, ideally with a basic knowledge of ancient languages.
The chief project that this Marketing Manager will be responsible for in the coming year is the promotion of an online, multimedia Latin textbook. If candidates are invited to interview, they should be able to tell us in brief how they would implement a marketing strategy for this project.
