Please fill out the registration form below before Friday, November 11 in order to receive the early registration fee for the Active Latin with Justin Slocum Bailey training session at the Charlotte Preparatory School, December 10-11, 2016. After November 11th, the registration fee will be $250 and is due on Friday, December 9, 2016.
