We are excited to welcome you to Italy for your tour with the Paideia Institute in 2017. On this page, you will find everything you need to get ready for your tour next year. We are looking forward to meeting you and helping you get to know the classical world.

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is $3750 / student.
A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, February 2nd, 2017. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of $3250 is due by March 2nd, 2017.
This trip may be paid via a monthly installment plan. The deadline to enroll in the installment plan is October 3rd, 2016. You will be directed to the appropriate payment page after enrolling in the trip.
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.

An information webinar on this tour will be scheduled. At this webinar, families can meet the Institute's staff and ask questions about the tour. A link to join the webinar will be posted here shortly.
