We are excited to welcome you to Italy for your tour with the Paideia Institute in 2019. On this page, you will find everything you need to get ready for your tour next year. We are looking forward to meeting you and helping you get to know the classical world.

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is $3500 / student.
A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 18th, 2018. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of $3000 is due by January 15th, 2019.
This tour may be paid for via an installment plan. The total cost of $3500 will be divided into 4 monthly installments of $875. The deadline to enroll in the installment plan is October 22nd, 2018.
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard, and is highly recommended. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.

An information webinar for this tour has be scheduled. At this webinar, families can meet the Institute's staff and ask questions about the tour.
