- Monday, 03/18/19, AC 891, Rome (FCO) 11:00 → Toronto (YYZ) 15:50

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. Please note that if the trip is over-enrolled, preference will be given to Latin and Ancient History students.
PAYMENT
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is USD $3750 / student.
A deposit of USD $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, November 1st, 2018. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of USD $3250 is due by December 4th, 2018.
The deposit and balance will be paid to the Paideia Institute via the payment page. Payment for the travel insurance package will be made to Havergal College.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct and Liability Release forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
