FLIGHT INFORMATION
A group reservation on the following flights has been reserved. To learn more about group reservations, please consult our guide here.
Departing:
- Friday 03/07/2025, Emirates (EK) 210, New York (EWR) 23:45 → Saturday, 03/08/25, Athens (ATH) 16:00
Returning:
- Sunday, 03/16/2025, Emirates (EK) 209, Athens (ATH) 16:20 → New York (EWR) 21:20
Please note that the airline may make schedule changes before departure; exact times and flight numbers may vary. We will update the listing here with any major schedule changes.
Some airlines allow for some changes to be made by travelers to their part of a group reservation. To learn more, consult our guide to group reservations linked above. To request changes to the flights, fill out the form here by the deadline, November 1st, 2024. Changes to the flights cannot be guaranteed, there is a service fee of $300 to make a change, and there may be additional charges for difference in fare.

TRAVELER INFORMATION AND LEGAL FORMS
In order to submit traveler information and legal forms, please click the button at the bottom of the page and fill out the forms. In addition to traveler information, all tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance Information forms. The forms are due by the deadline, November 1st, 2024.
