ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
PAYMENT
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is $3900 / student.
A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, February 16th, 2017. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of $3400 is due by March 16th, 2017.
This trip may be paid via a monthly installment plan. The deadline to enroll in the installment plan is October 15th, 2016. You will be directed to the appropriate payment page after enrolling in the trip.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
