ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is now closed.

PAYMENT

Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.

The cost of this tour is $3650 / student, if at least 12 students enroll; if at least 20 students enroll, the cost will be $3550 / student; if at least 30 students enroll, the cost will be $3450 / student; if at least 40 students enroll, the cost will be $3350 / per student.

A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, November 30th, 2017. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).

The balance will be determined once enrollment is completed according to the above intervals. The balance is due by January 25th, 2018. 

LEGAL FORMS

All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct and Liability Release forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.

FURTHER INFORMATION 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.

If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
