- Thursday, 02/13/25, Air France (AF) 1532, Paris (CDG) 9:30 → Athens (ATH) 13:45
Returning
- Thursday, 02/20/25, Air France (AF) 1533, Athens (ATH) 14:45 → Paris (CDG) 17:20
- Thursday, 02/20/25, Air France (AF) 12, Paris (CDG) 20:30 → New York (JFK) 22:45
Please note that the airline may make schedule changes before departure; exact times and flight numbers may vary. We will update the listing here with any major schedule changes.
Some airlines allow for some changes to be made by travelers to their part of a group reservation. To learn more, consult our guide to group reservations linked above. To request changes to the flights, fill out the form here by the enrollment and deposit deadline, October 15th, 2024. Changes to the flights cannot be guaranteed, there is a service fee of $100 to make a change, and there may be additional charges for difference in fare.

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. The form is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, October 15th, 2024.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. You will sign these forms as part of the enrollment process via the button at the bottom of the page.
PAYMENT
Once the legal forms are completed, you will be directed to a payment page. Payment may be submitted via bank (ACH) transfer or credit card (with 3% convenience fee).
The price of the tour will be $4860 per student.
Travel insurance is included in this tour (see below). The cost of the travel insurance is $350 per student.
A deposit of $500 and the cost of the travel insurance of $350 is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, October 15th, 2024. Enrollment will open on October 8th, 2024.
A partial balance of $1930 will be due by December 2nd, 2024.
The final balance of $2430 will be by January 6th, 2025.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING
The cancellation policy for this tour is as follows:
- For cancellations made before the deposit deadline, October 15th, 2024, all funds are refundable.
- For cancellations made from the deposit deadline, October 15th, 2024, to the first partial balance deadline, December 2nd, 2024, all but the deposit and the cost of travel insurance is refundable.
- For cancellations made from the first partial balance deadline, December 2nd, 2024, to the second partial balance deadline, January 6th, 2025, there are no refunds.
- For cancellations made from the second partial balance deadline, January 6th, 2025, to 31 days prior to departure, January 12th, 2025, 25% of the total cost of the tour (excepting travel insurance) is refundable.
- There are no refunds for cancellations made after January 12th, 2025.
Traveler substitutions after the deposit deadline, if possible, are subject to a change fee. The amount of the fee will vary based on vendor fees. A likely range is between $50 and $500.
There are no refunds in the event that a traveler is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation, such as lack of passport, including lack of passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip, and lack of visa, or due to last minute health issues. For these issues, Paideia recommends travel insurance.
If travel becomes impossible after the deposit deadline, Paideia will offer to revise the itinerary on the current dates or reschedule the tour for new dates. Additional fees may apply.
