ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. The form is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, November 4th, 2025.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, Health Insurance Information, and Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. You will sign these forms as part of the enrollment process via the button at the bottom of the page.
PAYMENT
Once the legal forms are completed, you will be directed to a payment page. Payment may be submitted via bank (ACH) transfer or credit card (with 3% convenience fee).
The cost of this tour will be determined as follows:
- If at least 12 students sign up, the cost of this tour is $5,950 / student.
- If at least 18 students sign up, the cost of this tour is $5,700 / student.
- If at least 24 students sign up, the cost of this tour is $5,550 / student.
A deposit of $500 is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, November 4th, 2025.
The balance is due by December 2nd, 2025. The balance will be determined after the enrollment and deposit deadline, based on the number of students who enroll. Participants will be informed of the balance via email, and the amount will be posted at this site.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING
The cancellation policy for this tour is as follows:
- For cancellations made before the deposit deadline, November 4th, 2025, all funds are refundable.
- For cancellations made from the deposit deadline, November 4th, 2025, to the balance deadline, December 2nd, 2025, all but the deposit is refundable.
- For cancellations made from the balance deadline, December 2nd, 2025, to 61 days prior to departure, April 8th, 2026, 50% of the total cost is refundable.
- For cancellations made 60 days prior to departure, April 9th, 2026, to 31 days prior to departure, May 8th, 2026, 25% of the total cost is refundable.
- There are no refunds for cancellations made after May 8th, 2026.
Traveler substitutions after the deposit deadline, if possible, are subject to a change fee.
There are no refunds in the event that a traveler is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation, such as lack of passport, including lack of passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip, and lack of visa, or due to last minute health issues. For these issues, Paideia recommends travel insurance.
If travel becomes impossible after the deposit deadline, Paideia will offer to revise the itinerary on the current dates or reschedule the tour for new dates. Additional fees may apply.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
