PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR THE TOUR

FLIGHT INFORMATION
The Paideia Institute will be providing the following flights between New York and Rome. During enrollment, you will be asked whether or not you would like to take these flights.
Departing:
- Saturday, 04/13/19, Alitalia (AZ) 621, Los Angeles (LAX) 15:20 → Sunday, 04/14/19, Rome (FCO) 12:20
Returning:
- Monday, 04/22/19, Alitalia (AZ) 620, Rome (FCO) 9:15 → Los Angeles (LAX) 13:20

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
PAYMENT
Once the enrollment form is completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour including flights is $3500 / student. The cost of this tour without flights is $2200 / student.
A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 4th, 2018. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).
The balance of $3000 or $1700 is due by January 15th, 2019.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
