ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT

PAYMENT
The cost of this tour is $3000 / student.
Please make your payment by check to the address below by the deadline. Please send checks in one envelope via FedEx, and send a tracking number to [email protected]

LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
DEADLINES
The deadline for the deposit of $500 per student, enrollment, legal forms and signing the contract is November 1st, 2016.
The deadline for the balance is December 1st, 2016. Please note that checks should be received by this date.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
