ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS
ENROLLMENT
In order to enroll, please click the enrollment button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. The form is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 3rd, 2019.
During the enrollment process, you will create an account tied to the email address entered for the participant. Upon submission of the enrollment form, in addition to an email confirming enrollment, you will receive an email to activate the account and set a password. Activating the account is necessary to continue the enrollment process, sign the legal forms, and make payments. Please contact us at [email protected] if you do not receive an account activation email upon submission of the enrollment form.
Please note that each participant will need a separate account. It is not possible to sign up multiple people under the same account. Accordingly, each participant will need to register under a separate email account.
LEGAL FORMS
All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Upon completion of the enrollment form, you will be asked to review and sign the forms. Signed legal forms are due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 3rd, 2019.
PAYMENT
Once the legal forms are completed, you will be directed to a payment page.
The cost of this tour is $3500 / student.
A deposit of $500 is due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, December 3rd, 2019.
The balance of $3000 is due by January 14th, 2020.
This tour also may be paid for via a monthly installment plan. The total cost of the tour may be divided into monthly installments at the payment page. The number of installments will be determined based upon the date the order is made so that the final payment will be made during the month the balance is due. The first payment will be withdrawn automatically when the initial order is made, and subsequent payments will be withdrawn automatically on the first day of each subsequent month.
FURTHER INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable unless the tour is canceled.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
