ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS

ENROLLMENT

Please complete this participant info sheet and return it to us at [email protected].

PAYMENT

The cost of this program is $3000 / student for 18 students. The cost of the program is $3500 for 14 students.

A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, February 15th, 2019. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).

The balance of $2500 or $3000 is due by March 15th, 2019. 

Please make your payment by check or wire to the address below by the deadline.  For payment by check, we prefer one check from the school to individual checks from participants.

LEGAL FORMS

All program participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign a Liability Release form by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.

FURTHER INFORMATION 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.

If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard.  For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
