The cost of this tour is $4100 / student.
Please make your payment by check or wire to the address below by the deadline. For payment by check, we prefer one check from the school to individual checks from participants.

All tour participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Code of Conduct, Liability Release, and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.
The deadline for the deposit, enrollment, legal forms and signing the contract is February 2nd, 2017.
The deadline for the balance is March 2nd, 2017. Please note that checks should be received by this date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the tour price is refundable.
A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this tour through Travel Guard. For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
