ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND SUBMITTING FORMS

ENROLLMENT

Please complete this participant info sheet and return it to us at info@paideia-institute.org.

PAYMENT & Deadlines

The cost of this program is $3500 / student.

A deposit of $500 is non-refundable and due by the enrollment and deposit deadline, March 1st, 2018. Note that this is also the deadline to submit legal forms (see below).

The balance of $3000 is due by April 17th, 2018. 

Please make your payment by check or wire to the address below by the deadline.  For payment by check, we prefer one check from the school to individual checks from participants.

LEGAL FORMS

All program participants, or a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18, must sign Liability Release and Health Insurance forms by the enrollment and deposit deadline. Please sign these forms using this link.

FURTHER INFORMATION 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

After the deposit deadline, the deposit is not refundable.

If a participant cancels after the final balance deadline, 50% of the program price is refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

A Student Travel Protection Plan is available for this program through Travel Guard.  For coverage information and to purchase this insurance prior to final trip payment, please visit this link. Cancel for any reason coverage can be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased and within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment.
