Event Description
Join us for a webinar about Elementa, The Paideia Institute's print and digital Latin curriculum for elementary and middle school students. Elementa introduces younger learners to the foundations of Latin grammar and morphology in a fun, engaging format to develop language acquisition skills and bolster literacy instruction.
The event will be led by Jamel Daugherty, Paideia Curriculum Design Manager and creator of Elementa, and Stephanie Vogel, Paideia Curriculum Consultant and Latin teacher in the Lower Merion School District of Pennsylvania. Their presentation will cover the curriculum's two-volume textbook series, the self-paced digital edition, and Elementa's robust collection of ancillary materials for teachers, as well as information on how to incorporate Elementa into your school's humanities curriculum or start a Latin program from scratch.
As a token of our gratitude for your participation, all webinar RSVPs will receive one free digital download of a fun activity for their Latin classroom, designed by the Elementa team, and have the option to enter a raffle for a year of free access to the Elementa Digital Resources for Teachers ($200 value!).
If you are unable to attend the live webinar, please RSVP to receive a recording of the event. (Asynchronous participants will also receive the freebie and are invited to enter the raffle!)
